David Jennings is a founding Director and shareholder of Nice4Work Ltd
David started in his career in Construction and Property initially in Marketing & Sales and later in General Management and was board member of a number of major companies before setting up his own businesses.
In 1990 David jointly founded and was a Joint Managing Director and Shareholder of the Salisbury Consulting Group, a recruitment, marketing and advertising group, he sold his interest in 1995.
In 1996 he founded Business Vantage a business and research consultancy which specialises in property and construction and advises major UK plc’s.
Founder Director and Chairman of Movers & Shakers the UK’s most successful and popular property networking club. Established in 1996.
A Founder Director and shareholder of Stonemartin plc an AIM listed serviced office business; founded in 1999 and floated on in 2001
David who has over 30 years experience in marketing, has held senior positions in the Construction and Property sector.



Fred started his career as a Property Consultant specialising in Office and Industrial before joining Allied Dunbar in 1984. During the next 9 years he acquired considerable experience of occupier requirements in a dynamic business environment, leading a multi-disciplined property and facilities management team of 110 strong with a budget of £45m providing accommodation for 7,000 people.
In 1993 as a founding director of FM² one of the first new breed FM companies he was instrumental in the MBO from Allied Dunbar; he became Managing Director and successfully completed the sale and integration of the company into the Honeywell group.
In 1998 with two other partners he formed Eurica, with backing from ISG plc, which grew by acquisition to employ nearly 2,000 people, operating and managing over 10m sq ft of space. Eurica became ISG Occupancy and was sold to Erinaceous Group in 2005.
In the last 5 years he has concentrated on how property owners can attract and retain occupiers and develop new products for a changing market. He has set up and run serviced offices and played a key role in the formation of serviced office business Stonemartin leading to its float on AIM.
His professional and technical leadership has been recognised widely as founding Chairman of RICS FM Group (8,000 members) and a member of RICS General Council for 3 years.
